Recommended for players 10+ aiming to reach the next level. Focuses on fundamental movements using the overload principle, including upper/lower body, power, functional fitness, hip mobility, and sprinting.
Athletes must attend scheduled sessions. One make-up session allowed with advance notice.

The TDE Gym offers 2,000+ sq. ft. of hockey-specific training. Teams do 1-hour high-intensity upper and lower body circuits, learning proper lifting technique and on-ice movement habits. Players leave stronger, faster, and more confident in battles on the ice.
Designed for athletes struggling with consistency. Through visualization, confidence-building exercises, discussion, and performance tracking, players learn to manage the highs and lows of hockey and reach their next level.
