Group vs Individual sessions
Group sessions will run at a maximum of 15 athletes
Individual sessions will be provided on a per customer basis
What do I need?
You need athletic wear, water, good runners, and most importantly an attitude of a winner who wants to compete!
What does my session involve?
A dynamic warm up to prepare for sprint style training. Each session takes you through High Intensity Interval Training methodology to prepare you for your own on ice development. Sessions have an individual scope to help you perfect individual movements in specific scenarios. You will be pushed and coached both physically and mentally as to how, what, and why!
