Recommended for adults committed to reaching the next level in life or athletics. Focuses on fundamental movements using the overload principle, including upper/lower body, power, functional fitness, hip mobility, and sprinting.
Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. One make-up session allowed if needed.
MONDAY–THURSDAY ONLY. *individual 1 on 1 sessions will be charged a rate of $90/hour and must be specified before committing to your time stamped session*

A 10% late fee will be applied to any invoice not paid within 10 days. Reminder notices may be sent, but it is the customer’s responsibility to pay on time. Accounts with repeated late payments may incur recurring monthly fees at the discretion of The Defensive Edge.
