Through the fundamental movement patterns of a defensemen, you will link on ice movements with off ice dry land training to achieve better defensive habits, more explosive speed, increased stamina, improved flexibility, and more sound mental toughness. It is our mission to prepare athletes for the next level - by creating better habits, you create better athletes.

Whether it be personal or group sessions, I will tap into your mental capacity to perform work in a defensemen minded scope. The habits you form, and the passion you will have to excel beyond your mental limits, will allow you to push yourself to achieve your personal hockey goals. I played three years with the Kootenay ICE where I was a valued member of the team and community. During my time with the Kootenay ICE, I received the award for Top Defensemen. I was also the runner up for the Western Hockey League’s Humanitarian of the Year award.
I played five years for the Golden Bears accumulating National Allstar team accolades, Four Canada West Titles and One National Championship. I earned a Physical Education degree, and a Bachelor of Education degree with a minor in Biology.
I was asked to join the Bakersfield Condors after winning a national title with the University of Alberta Golden Bears, and was recalled after leaving to finish my degrees. However, since education is extremely important to me, I made the decision to stay at school and finish my degrees before continuing to pursue professional hockey.
I played one season with the Fort Wayne Komets where I learned what it really takes to be a professional hockey player. It was with this knowledge that I was able to improve my athleticism and mental toughness by implementing The Defensive Edge training program.
I played one season with the Atlanta Gladiators as a top 2 defensemen due to my Defensive Edge training program. I hit career highs and was an integral part of that team. I retired in order to share my knowledge with young athletes hoping to pursue their goals of being a professional hockey player.
I currently play Sr. AAA hockey where I have excelled due to my years of practice using The Defensive Edge training program. I have been the top scoring defensemen for the Allan Cup Hockey West League and Allan Cup National Tournament. This year I was awarded the Allan Cup Hockey West MVP, Top Defensemen title, and won the Allan Cup. I have also been named to the Allan Cup National Tournament All Star team and received Top Defensemen accolades .
